MVCF Election – Executive Committee

# First Election The first MVCF election process will occur in September and October 2021. Anyone who is a member of the MVCF can nominate for election to become part of the Executive Committee. Being part of the committee is a great way to help your community. The timings and process are as follows: - **13 – 27 September 2021 – Nominations:** Eligible members can submit a nomination form for the Executive Committee (committee consists of 7–11 residents). - **11 – 18 October 2021 – Election:** If more than 7 nomination forms are received an election will occur online. - **21 October 2021 – Annual General Meeting:** the new committee will be announced and commence. - **November 2021 – Committee positions:** positions are voted on at the first Executive Committee meeting after the AGM. Everyone is encouraged to become a member of the MVCF by completing a membership form. Membership is free and is one way of showing support for the Forum.
